Betaling
OnOff ApS modtager online betalinger med; Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay, Visa Electron, og ApplePay Betalingen vil først blive trukket på din konto, når den fysiske vare afsendes, eller det virtuelle produkt er oprettet. Medmindre andet er aftalt, eller fremgår af din ordre. Ved betaling med Visa Electron og Mastercard Debit, som er debitkort, vil betalingen blive reserveret på din konto i overensstemmelse med vilkårene for dit kort, indtil vi trækker eller afviser betalingen.
Levering
Leveringstiden for din ordre er 3-5 Hverdage. Leverings område: Vi leverer til alle lande indenfor EU og EØS.

Varens stand ved returnering
Du hæfter for den forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og funktion. Dette betyder, at du må prøve varen på samme måde som hvis du handlede i en fysisk butik. Hvis varen er prøvet udover, hvad der er beskrevet ovenfor, betragtes den som brugt og af forringet værdi. Dette betyder, at du ved fortrydelse af købet får en mindre del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur. Det er op til OnOff ApS at vurdere varens stand.
Reklamationsret
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret på produkter i henhold til den danske købelov. Reklamationsretten gælder for alle fejl i software, materiale og fabrikation. Reklamation vedr. fejl og mangler skal meddeles til OnOff ApS i rimelig tid efter varens modtagelse. Her anses max. to måneder som rimelig tid, medmindre andet er aftalt. Vi refunderer rimelige fragtomkostninger. Reklamationen frafalder ved forkert eller ualmindelig betjening af produktet. OnOff ApS dækker returneringsomkostningerne i rimeligt omfang. Payment
OnOff ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or decline the payment.
All prices on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK)
OnOff ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
OnOff ApS’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 3-5 business days.
OnOff ApS uses PostNord – Privat, PostNord – Erhverv, PostNord – Valgfrit udleveringssted, for shipment of your ordered items.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.
You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
OnOff ApS offers a 14 days full refund on standard goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om info@unikkontakt.dk. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
OnOff ApS do not offer a 14 days full refund on customised products like products with custom designs printed
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to OnOff ApS to evaluate the item’s condition.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to OnOff ApS in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
OnOff ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
